- Fee structure can also take the form of a monthly consultation fee, which will include all the above aspects for the period of the project components, as well as provide BME access to VDC resources and expertise on a continuous basis and not just/only linked deliverables, as a “work-for-hire” agreement, with the availability of continued engagement. VDC’s consultation fee aligns to the ASVC principle:
- Access to VDC
- Subscription to knowledge and output
- Value of in-house specialist(s)
- Control over the/your budget, as a capped fee eliminates undetermined hourly rate and unknown and unplanned expenses)
- Consultation fee will have a basic deposit criterion of one month’s fee
- Fees excludes travel and accommodation, outside of the Garden Route area
- Fees excludes the purchasing of any software licenses not mentioned in this proposal
- Fees excludes the purchasing of any hardware or peripherals required by BME employees to connect to the eLearning platform
